
The Story
Born in a small town outside of Chicago, Mama was raised in the typical Italian tradition where family was the center of her life, and the delicious meals prepared daily were the most important way Mama showed her love. Mama opened The Spaghetti Bowl in 1958, a pizza institution of the western ‘burbs. Today, Mama’s loving daughter Patty, continues the tradition here at Mama Romano’s Pizzeria, using the same fresh ingredients and mouth watering recipes that Mama uses to this day. Buon Appetito!
