Rita’s was created by the same ownership and management team that developed and owned at one time the largest nightclub chain in the world. They operated clubs throughout the United States and Europe. The concepts they developed includes Baja Beach Club, The Heartthrob Café, Allure, World Beat, Surfside Sally’s and Tijuana Yacht Club.
